Rehab For All South Africa
Rehab For All South Africa is a social platform that promotes innovation around people with disabilities through access to rehabilitation services, collaboration and wider use of technology.
This innovative platform sees social media as a big part of creating change for people with disabilities and believes that people can be empowered through knowledge and ideas that are presented in creative ways.
The challenge Rehab For All South Africa faced is that it speaks to many target groups and required a sophisticated strategy to enact its vision. We assisted them to create an effective communications strategy that speaks to all target groups, communicate its vision and brand, and develop an effective workflow to support this.

Zimele NPC
Zimele NPC aims to improve the quality of life of people with limb amputations in the public health system of South Africa through rehabilitation, prosthetic and other support services.
In South Africa, people with amputations due to conditions like diabetes often meet a poor level of support and care thereafter, preventing many of them from living as productive members of society and affecting their families. Zimele NPC aims to provide a comprehensive private sector rehabilitation experience at a lower cost to normal private sector rates.
Zimele NPC, needed guidance on how to draw funders and get their important initiative off the ground. We supported them to develop their vision and create a strong appealing pilot proposal for the initiative
#VisionCrafting

KwaThema Stimulation Centre
Kwa Thema Stimulation centre is a well established non-profit organisation that provides care and stimulation to children with disabilities in the Springs area of South Africa. Prior to the existence of the centre, children with disabilities were locked away under stigma, and caregivers in these low income areas were unable to access work and opportunities to support their families. Kwa-Thema Stimulation developed against many odds to become an important source of advocacy and support for these children within these areas.
Kwa-Thema stimulation centre is at a critical point in its history due to the passing of its founder, the impact of COVID -19 and a planned executive transition. It has also found itself left behind in the fast developing technological world, and wanted to position strongly for development in the future Form Development Consulting conducted a comprehensive strategic review to help the new board understand how to navigate the organization to better meet its vision and motivate for strategic funding in support of this.

It has also found itself left behind in the fast developing technological world, and wanted to position strongly for development in the future Form Development Consulting conducted a comprehensive strategic review to help the new board understand how to navigate the organization to better meet its vision and motivate for strategic funding in support of this.

Sinethemba Disabilities Organisation
Sinethemba Disabilities Organisation is a dynamic initiative that stands for inclusivity for people with disabilities within South African society. It aims to bridge the gap between abled and disabled people through creative engagement on digital and real life platforms. Sinethemba Disabilities Organisation is unique in its focus on youth through the platforms and cultural phenomena they are influenced by and seeks to bring in-person experiences of disability closer to mainstream society.

The organisation wanted to understand how to position itself for effective development and sustainability, and through working with Form Development Consulting, was able to gain a clearer sense of direction and identity in understanding its target audience and positioning within the ecosystem, as well as forming synergies with other disability-related projects.
